1. Where are you located?

We are based in the heart of Hong Kong, but we are happy to travel to your location for your photography session! Whether it’s your home, a park, or a venue of your choice, we’ll bring our services to you. Just let us know where you’d like to shoot, and we’ll make it happen!

2. What happens if there is bad weather?

At Taken With Focus, we prioritize your comfort and the quality of our photography. If bad weather is forecasted for your scheduled session, we will:

Communicate with You: We will reach out to discuss the situation and assess your preferences.

Reschedule: If you prefer not to proceed in bad weather, we can easily reschedule your session for a later date that works for you.

Indoor Options: If you’re open to it, we can also suggest indoor locations or alternative settings that align with your vision.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure you have the best experience possible!

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

At Taken With Focus, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let us know as soon as possible.

Cancellations: If you cancel your session more than 48 hours in advance, we will issue a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in the loss of the deposit.

Rescheduling: We’re happy to accommodate rescheduling requests. If you notify us more than 48 hours in advance, we’ll work with you to find a new date that suits your schedule without any additional fees.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes, at Taken With Focus, we provide a variety of options for your photography needs:

Digital Files: All our packages include high-resolution digital files that you can download and share with family and friends.

Prints: We offer high-quality prints in various sizes, allowing you to showcase your favorite images in your home or office.

Albums: For a beautiful keepsake, we provide custom photo albums that beautifully present your captured moments, perfect for preserving memories for years to come.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Yes, we have a network of skilled videographers that we trust and recommend based on their expertise and quality of work. If you're interested, we can connect you with a videographer who aligns with your project needs and vision.

Yes, you can definitely request specific poses or shots! We welcome your input and want to ensure that the final images reflect your vision. Feel free to share any ideas or examples you have in mind, and we’ll work together to achieve the best results.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Absolutely! We encourage pre-session meetings to discuss your goals, expectations, and any specific details you’d like to cover. This helps ensure that we’re aligned and can make the most of our time together. Please let us know your availability, and we’ll arrange a convenient time to meet.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

You can expect to receive the final photos within one week after the session. This allows us to efficiently edit and enhance each image while ensuring top quality. If you have any specific deadlines, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
